A Tasting Trip to Try the Rooster Booster Energy Drink

Once, when I was buying something at the nearest gas station, I found that one of the energy drinks called "Rooster Booster Energy Drink".

A can with a muscular rooster showing, implying that the drink would enhance my energy perhaps.

What caught my eye about this novelty drink was that I decided to give Rooster Booster a shot?

I bought a can and headed home, looking forward to trying out this energy drink themed on chicken.

Taste and Flavor Of Rooster Booster Energy Drink

Upon arrival at my house, I twisted the top of the can and drank the first sip with apprehension.

The drink was described as being cherry-flavored, and I could taste the slight notes of the fruit. But the taste lingered in my mouth albeit unpleasantly.

I found that it tasted heavily processed and left a weird film on my tongue. After taking about half of the can, I found I was not a big fan of the bad flavor.

The more I drank, the less cherry I tasted - it seemed to taste worse with each sip. I couldn't force myself to drink even a sip of that disgusting beverage anymore and so I stopped the review right there thinking that I wouldn't buy the drink ever again.

Trying a Different Variety

Not long after that, while out late one night in a different city, I found yet another version of Rooster Booster line - Super Rooster Booster Energy Drink Lite.

Since this low-calorie variety intrigued me and I wanted to learn if it tasted any different, I decided to give it a try.

I uncovered the lid and saw a slightly better cherry smell. The taste only confirmed the aroma - not bad at all for a diet soda.

Flavor Analysis

As I drank more of the Super Rooster Booster Lite, the cherry taste stayed the same and did not lose the quality that the regular one had over time.

Even though the sweet taste, which you’d expect in a low-calorie drink, is still there, it is much less of a fake flavor.

I didn't have a bad feeling anymore when I finished the can and also without any kind of adverse effect.

Overall Review

The interaction I had with the Super Rooster Booster Lite has definitely surpassed the regular Rooster Booster Power Drink.

However the sugar was too much, but it was still ok and it did not leave me bitter as the first one did.

It was the feeling of being energetic without the fear of putting on weight that made me go for the light version.

The Super Rooster Booster, although not the most delectable beverage, I think it's better than average as a zero-calorie option for energy drinks.

Conclusion

Tasting the not-so-usual Rooster Booster Energy Drink just gave me an exciting energy drink reviewing experience.

Although the main one was let down, I am grateful for the Super Rooster Booster Lite.

For those looking for a caffeinated drink that is free of sugar and calories this bird-themed drink offers a light taste with a kick.

This alternative may force me to grab a can of energy drink the next time I need a quick boost without compromising my dietary goals.

The ultimate decision will be based on continuous tasting, and the Rooster Booster will be a part of my beverage rotation if it passes the test.
