I. Masjid-al-Haram.

Location; Makkah, Saudia Arabia.

Majid-al-Haram is the world’s largest, oldest and Islam’s first of the three holiest mosques. It can house up to 4-5 million pilgrims at a time with further expansions underway. It is where the Holy Kaabah, Maqam-e-Ibrahim, Zamzam Well, Hateem, Hajar-e-Aswad, and Safah and Marwah reside.

A gift by Shah Faisal of Saudia Arabia to Pakistan, Faisal Mosque is present in the heart of the capital city, in the middle of the mountains. It is an exceptional artwork of a Turkish architect that can hold up to 100,000 worshippers at once!

III. Sheikh Zayed Mosque.

Location; Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.

Featuring 82 domes, 1,000 columns, 24-carat gold gilded chandeliers, and the world’s largest hand-knotted carpet; it can accommodate 41,000 worshippers.

IV. The Blue Mosque.

Location; Istanbul, Turkey.

Exterior made with a cascade of domes and six minarets, the Blue Mosque is the turkey’s oldest and most-visited mosque.

V. Masjid-al-Aqsa.

Location; Jerusalem.

Masjid-al-Aqsa was the first Qibla of Islam. Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) during his (SAWW) night journey also stayed here for a while and led a prayer.
