Recognized by the World, Valued by it's People – Galfar Construction and Contracting SAOG
A considerable measure of improvement
has been seen in the middle-east nations in light of the fact that they have
made it ongoing speedy, particularly amid the last couple of decades. Dubai and
many cities quickly came into the limelight of the world due to the infrastructural
advancement that it went through. Artificial canals, skyscrapers, luxurious hotels
etc. it felt like all this became the face of middle-east within no time.
Apparently there have been a lot
of issues related to the labour laws in UAE and the neighbouring countries where
a fast-paced development have been noticed. The construction companies there
have the urge of completing the project as soon as possible. And because of
this their employees have to put all their blood and sweat in to the projects
for achieving the goal of their employers. We might appreciate the speed with
which these countries have developed their infrastructure. But what remains
untold is the story of the employees who were bound by the orders of the
employers to work for extended hours in the scorching heat. These workers
either belong to them or are the expatriates of some neighbouring countries
where the labour is cheap.
So, is this the situation across
the entire middle-east or it is only country specific? According to my
observation based on the data and the news on the internet, other countries are
much better. Country called Oman which is a neighbouring country for UAE and
Saudi Arabia does not have such issues in spite of marking a substantially good
amount of infrastructural development in the country. The country has evolved
itself from the land where there was no scope of development to the land of
opportunities. The hunger for development is the same as that of its
neighbouring countries but the construction companies follows the laws of the
country.
