Implementing Technologies, LLC (“ITL”) developed ORM specifically to provide a 360 view on patient feedback throughout their service lifecycle, then leverage that data to maximize physician, location and medical brands online and beyond. Products

ORM provides an all in one solution specifically tailored to the medical industry. The service’s end goal is to combine a number of disparate productions and solutions into a single solution with correlated data, maximizing product efficacy within an organization.  ORM is a SaaS application and is available via any modern browser. ITL has developed various applications to support the transfer of data for email surveys from the client’s location to our servers. ORM is fully HIPAA compliant.

Track

Track provides customers with details regarding reviews and ratings at various directory websites. For all providers and locations under a client’s umbrella, ORM will identify the specific web locations where the accounts are listed. Once the URLs are identified, ORM monitors these sites and captures key data including date of capture, summary values, overall rating, sub ratings, review author, review text, monthly screenshots and other data fields. This information is then organized and accessible in various views via the online software. Current review sites tracked are Healthgrades, RateMDs, Vitals, Google+, Yellow Pages, and Yelp. ITL monitors traffic information and estimates that approximately 90% of medical review traffic is represented by these sites. In addition to the traditional review sites, ITL has partnerships with Facebook and Twitter and have integrated features into the online software.

Survey

ORM offers the ability to survey onsite or via automated email. Customers have the ability to customize email invites, survey templates, survey questions within the templates, different rating results views among other items. The entire CAHPS survey process has been designed to support a blank canvas start with a either ORM recommended result or customized format based on the customer’s request. ITL sets up a data link between a client’s EHR where key visit data is uploaded daily, and survey invites are then sent out to patients soon thereafter.

Survey results can be viewed through the software and ORM supports various views and filtering of the data. Unlike review data that is tracked on average once every 24 hours, survey data is updated real time. Similar to reviews, users can build rules to manage the survey results with a number of reporting and alert features. ORM has also integrated a patient management system that allows administrators to flag or status surveys and leave comments tied directly to the survey for handling.
