Mentor coaching program to enhance your confidence as a certified ICF mentor coach
ICF mentor coaching program
aims in achieving and demonstrating the highest standards in ICF (International
Coaching Federation) competencies and the code of conduct. The program is
offered by certified mentor coaches and involves receiving feedback through an
interactive and collaborative dialog process, aligned with the coach’s
capability with ICF core competencies of coaching.
Certification is just the
first step towards one’s career as a professional coach. The final step is
getting a credential from the International Coaching Federation. For this, one
must get 10 hours of mentor coaching from a mentor coach, over and above the
required hours for a particular ICF credential. As per the ICF requirements, a
minimum of three hours of the mentor coaching program must be one-to-one. The
group or peer mentor coaching may count for a maximum of seven hours of the
mentor coaching program.
Mentor
coaching with a combination of group and individual coaching
As a highly skilled ICF MCC
mentor coach, Jennifer Powers can help you with a 10 hour mentor coaching program
which is required to be documented and completed over a period of three months
for submission to the ICF for applying for ACC, PCC or MCC credentialing Seven
out of ten hours may be group mentor coaching that will be held in a small
group of not more than 10 participants, while the remaining three hours of the
mentor coaching program would be one-on-one, wherein Jennifer will provide
personalized feedback to the mentees on their coaching skills and the ICF
mentoring skills they have acquired, and suggest ways to improve upon them.
This combination format of the group and individual mentoring results in lower
fee for your mentor coaching program.
At the end of the mentor
coaching program provided by Jennifer Powers, you will be able to:
·
Renew or apply for your ICF credentials
·
Identify the presence or absence of the ICF
coaching competencies in your coaching conversations
