Mental Tension is very bad for health and mind. It will disrupts your conjugal life, professional life, social life and personal life. Whatever may be the reason of your mental tension you must try all the best to get rid of tension.
Following are few tips to get rid of mental tension:
~ Share everything with your partner.
~ Spend more time with your family members and friends.
~ Do think too much for future. Live for present.
~ Spend some time regularly on social sites on internet like Facebook, Twitter and communicate with like minded people.
~ Hear your favorite music and watch movies you like. You may see cartoon too.
~ Visit the town you grew up and meet with your childhood friends.
~ Go for dinner to a good restaurant with your partner.
~ Speak with your old friends over telephone.
~ Engage yourself in social welfare activities.
~ Give up the habit of smoking. This doesn't evade tension, rather it prolongate your tension and create a lot of physical difficulties.
~ Don't take alcohol or any addictive drug. This is very bad. This will not solve your problem rather create more problems for you and your family members.
~ Give up unjustified ambition. Life is short. Enjoy it!
~ Believe in yourself. You have some power which other people don't have. Try to discover that power and utilize for building your bright future.

Getting rid of Mental Tension is not that much tough. You just need to utilize your mind power.
