Automation degree and heat treatment conditions of cold chamber die casting machine
MINGHE tells you that cold chamber die-casting machines are widely used in the industrial field. It is a type of die-casting machine. The products produced by the cold-chamber die-casting machine have very high precision, and the casting process is the current production efficiency. Die casting machine equipment can be divided into cold chamber and hot chamber die casting machines, but there will be some differences in actual use.
The degree of automation of the hot chamber die casting machine is relatively high, and the material loss is relatively small. The production efficiency of the product will be higher than that of the cold chamber die casting machine. However, this type of equipment still has certain limitations in terms of heat resistance. It can only be used for the production of low melting point materials such as magnesium alloy and zinc alloy.
Aluminum alloy die-casting parts are widely used in the industrial field, mainly because the melting point of this product is relatively high. Such products can only be produced in cold-chamber die-casting machines during production. The main feature of the die-casting equipment is that the metal industry is in high pressure.
The cold chamber die casting machine fills the cavity at high speed during the processing, and then performs molding and solidification under high pressure. The lack of castings is mainly due to the high-speed filling of the cavity in the metal industry under high pressure. It is inevitable that the air in the cavity is trapped inside the casting, which will form subcutaneous pores.
The aluminum alloy die castings processed by the cold chamber die casting machine cannot be heat treated, and the surface of the product is not suitable for surface spraying, but it can be sprayed or the pores inside the casting are in the process of heating treatment. There will be expansion in the casting, which will cause blistering and deformation of the casting.
The machining allowance of the mechanical cutting of the cold chamber die casting machine should be smaller when making the selection. Generally, it is about 1054 mm. This can reduce the weight of the casting and the amount of cutting to reduce its cost. This can well avoid penetrating the dense layer of the surface, exposing the subcutaneous pores, and causing the workpiece to be scrapped.
