Forging ahead with their international efforts to unite the world under a common identity of the ‘Global Citizen’, the Global Citizen Forum (GCF) held an event at its global headquarters in London on June 3, 2018. The event, which was attended by over 200 eminent guests from British society, was addressed by GCF founder, Dr. M (Bhupendra Kumar Modi).

Dr.M spoke about the Indian philosophy of ‘Advaita; to unite the world under a common identity. First espoused by the Indian saint Sri Adi Shankaracharya, Advaita outlines that everything in the universe, including energy and matter, is a manifestation of God. Essentially the nature of man and matter is non-dual because God lies at the heart of everything. Acceptance of this philosophy may be the only path towards achieving peace in the world. The efforts of Dr. M (GCF Founder) and over one million members of GCF are centered on uniting the world through this philosophy.

At the event, Dr. M  also spoke about how medical science is now focusing on cell therapy just like the ancient times wherein everything was “cell energy” centric. Since the origins of this philosophy are in India, the nation becomes the global leader of choice to bring the world together.

Dr. M’s message of uniting ‘One World beyond gender, religion, nationality, and boundaries have made a significant impact on the global stage. With events across Europe, USA, China, India and also the United Nations – the GCF movement has gained social and cultural momentum. Dr. M has also sought to creatively visualize the unifying philosophy of Advaita in a special Tele series, illuminating the life of the philosophy’s founder Sri ‘Adi Shankaracharya’. A special screening of the series’ pilot episode held at the event, left the audience mesmerized and inspired with the common motive to unite the world as one.

The event was attended by more than 200 guests, amongst the audience were present a few prominent icons like Mr. Virendra K Sharma, Member of Parliament and others.
