7 Facial Yoga To Look Young
Younger looking healthy skin is a dream
come true. Most people rely on expensive botox fillers and surgeries to look
younger, but these have a lot of side effects associated with the procedures.
However, yoga can give you the same results if you remain consistent and
careful.
Also, there is no cosmetic like
happiness, if you are happy and satisfied from the inside, it reflects on your
face. Yoga helps calm your mind and brings joy into your life.
Here are some facial yoga exercises for look younger skin –
1. Warm-up
Warming up is the most important step
before any workout because it activates the muscles for the upcoming exercise.
- Make a fist to warm up
- Use both fists to massage your lower back in a
circular motion
- Repeat the movement ten times clockwise and
ten times counter-clockwise
- Now do the same in the area below the
collarbone, i.e. the chest
- Be gentle when performing the circular
massage.
- Repeat the movement ten times clockwise and ten times counter-clockwise.
2- Lymphatic drainage
In order to get healthy and
youthful-looking skin, it is important to remove toxins and waste from the body.
- This is a dry massage so make sure you don't
have any cream or serum on.
- Make sure your movements are gentle
- Place the pads of your fingers on your neck
and move your hands up to your chin
- Now start from the center of the face and work
towards the ears
- Repeat ten to twenty strokes
- You can use Guasha or Jade rollers for the
same

forehead yoga. It helps smooth fine lines on the forehead and wrinkles between
