First sin: Pillows

Pillows can be a great way to add a little style or function to your nursery, but they can be seriously dangerous for your baby. Soft pillows, cushions, and other items need to be placed at least three feet away from the baby’s face so their head cannot get trapped between the pillow and the bed, couch, or other objects. Any bedding should also be at least three feet away.
