Except the unfortunate one who lost their lives, thirteen of the hostages were also saved when commandos of the Bangladeshi police manage to seize Holey Artisan Bakery, located in the specialized area of the city, after shooting down all the terrorists. Two of the commandos lost their lives in the deadly combat that lasted for several hours, but finally the commandos manage to subdue the terrorists by killing all six of them. One of the students from Emory University is Abinta Kabir, who is from Miami, and the other one is Faraaz Hossain from Dhaka. The white house also declared that one US citizen also met the bad fate, but the person’s identity is not revealed. Indian Government made an announcement to declare Tarishi Jain of 18 years, died in this massacre. Tarishi was also an active volunteer student assignment helper.
