It is pretty much like this that once a site become popular, it gets spam. And that is what happening on APSense getting spam now.

The majority of spam posts are not from the actual people. They are written by spammer. They come here because APSense  is a social networking with members - a lot of members. And that is a lot of people, who we know are not interested, but to them they might be or might just be stupid enough.

APSense is one of its kind of business social network who care their members and strongly strict against spamming. There is always one eye here chasing the rat either by member itself or by admin.

My intention to write this very short blog is to inform about latest update and action taken by Wincer Song - the Founder of APSense.

Latest Updated Status:
More than 8000 spammer's messages have been deleted from site.

This action is one step further to maintain the quality and reputation of APSense spam free.

It's pretty quick to click the Report Abuse link and enter a quick note.

Of course it is hard work, but the members who like apsense, I believe they will devote a part of their time. I have to do the same as you suggest, and if there is any one I should clean up. Thanks Dawie to share your comments.

Yes we must just all do our part and use the 'report abuse' button when we see spam comments. And delete those comments if it is on our posts.

I see too many posts and Revpages that still has many old spam messages, the members should clean all those older posts up. I know it is hard work, i have spend some time recently cleaning up all my posts. The end result, it looks more professional, and google will smile upon your posts.:)
