Is MLM or Network Marketing the Answer to the Economic Recession?
Yes, MLM or Network Marketing could be an answer to the economic recession, if you are affiliated with a reputable, legitimate company that has a profitable compensation and marketing model. MLM is a concept that makes it possible for the average person to make a lot of money by leveraging the efforts of many people. If you don't have a lot of time or money, then by investing a little time and money, you can still amass a lot of income, if you find many other like-minded people who want to make money by doing the same thing that you are doing. During recessions, many people are laid off. Some of these people don't have a lot of money to start their own traditional business. Because MLM businesses don't require a lot of money to start, some of the unemployed may want to consider joining an MLM company. But which one should they join? That's a good question. I recommend that you do your due diligence by investigating the company and checking with the Federal Trade Commission, your State's Attorney General's Office or the Better Business Bureau before joining any of these MLM companies. Don't allow yourself to be pressured or hoodwinked into joining a network marketing (MLM) company. MLM and networking is like everything else - you have to work at it. I agree it helps if you have an upline that supports you, but ultimately it is your business and your responsibilty to run it. You will never succeed without Time effort and yes a little finance, with a big dollop of patience.

The thing is MLM like anything else means finding the right upline to be in. Some are just concerned with getting a sign up. Others actually work with the people under them.

I've joined quite few MLM company - they called themselves like that, but never get any instructions from them. They just make me feel that the compensation is great and I join. After I join, they leave me to "help" others.

Exactly right Charles that is why I am so happy to involved with my main business the company actually gives people their own earning pool for the first 4 months which is always the building months in any MLM. It is terrific and very exciting to be a part of a company going in the right direction with a mind set to help everyone.

I agree!! Team work should be encouraged. I believe in rewarding people who are willing to do what it takes to succeed in their MLM business. One approach would be to cooperative advertise together and share the leads and prospects that accrue from the ad campaigns. Another approach is to help my team members get a check in their hands quickly. When they see money quickly, even if it's not a lot initially, their belief level would skyrocket!!

I am in an MLM And we have a differential pay plan. It behooves us to help those under us make money because we reap the benefits of overriding the difference between their pay level and our own. When we get to a certain level then you truly gain for having people under you.
The problem with most MLM's is not necessarily the pay plan but the fact that most people cannot grasp the concept of leverage. they are more concerned with directly earning than the advantages of getting a little piec

The reason so many do not believe is because of the typical compensation plan is designed for failure. Nothing is built by being an Island. Yet most MLM's do not encourage team work. You are not encouraged to pass team members down because you lose money if you do. There is something different out there. However I did not comment to advertise my business even though my main business the first of its kind that encourages team work and does not penalize for passing referrals down. It pays the

You are right. MLM is a hard thing for people to believe in. That's why it is not a good idea to convince people to join our opportunity. All we can do is sort through our prospect list for those who will say "Yes" to our opportunity. As professionals, we don't try to convince or beg people to join our opportunity; we only have to sort for or find the pearls among the oysters that we have. The more oysters you have, the greater your chances of finding one with a pearl in it. Also, in order to do

Although mlm could be an answer to the economic recession, it is a very hard thing to get people to believe in.
