Image If you are in fear of change, or not willing to have an open mind.  You may not like what I am about to say.  But if you are ready for change, please read on.

I HAVE GOT IT
!  I have finally really and truly from self within GOT IT

Ok, what the heck is she talking about????  You are asking.  Well here it goes!  Now, I will be breaking these steps down into several different articles.  This is a lot to take in, but I am so excited to take you on this voyage with me!!

I have been reading and came familiar with 'The Law of Attraction', and 'Creating your Reality'...and thought when things were not happening over night...it didn't work.  Well, this week I went to a training that was given by Erica Nasby *her father is Bill Nasby*.  Not only has it been working all of this time, but working AGAINST ME!!!!   Everything, absolutely EVERYTHING that has happened in my life is because of my thoughts!  This is just so amazing, so wonderful, and so peaceful now.  Knowing this, not only can I move on with my life and GET RID OF THE CRAP...but my life is aligning with my prosperous conscious!
I use to joke as life was moving along...'Do I have IDIOT or STUPID written on my forehead?'

Yes, I did actually!  Everything down to the worse lowest period of my life was exactly what I asked for!  Here are the steps that I am taking to OWNING and TAKING CONTROL of my life.

Before you begin reading any further.  Please take a few minutes and watch this video.  It is cute, but straight to the point!  If you have any fear after watching it.  Please continue to read the above and watch the video again until you are excited to find out more!

The objective of 'Creating Your Reality' (tm) is to explain a logical and mechanical understanding and process of how to....
~CHANGE YOUR RESULTS BY CHANGING YOUR MIND~

Skills and practical knowledge are useless unless you take control of your environment.

change your results
not by working harder
but by thinking differently.

master the
attitude of success
by developing your mental discipline.

(taken from field day with Bill Nasby)

Now, the reason's I color coded words.  How did you feel with the words in RED
How about the words in GREEN?

In this life, our subconscious reacts to RED as stop...and GREEN as go!  If you could color code your thoughts, could you actually see the RED and the GREEN thoughts?

Yes

In this life, we are are about choices, and can live our lives two ways:
1. Default (RED)~ 95% of man kind live this way
2. Deliberate Intent (GREEN)~ 5% of man kind live this way.

That is all!  Those are the only two ways that we can live!

And with saying that.  We only have two emotions that take the action of these two choices.

1.  FEAR- Default, stop, negative
2.  LOVE- Deliberate Intent *when you live with intent you are liberated*, GO, positive

No pessimist ever discovered the secret of the stars or sailed an uncharted land, or opened a new doorway for the human spirit.  ~Helen Keller

What is Visualization?

It's one of our natural experiences. Seeing images or movies in our minds - daydreaming or imagination - is visualization. And when we consciously choose our thoughts, we are practicing the visualization technique.

Visualization is as natural as breathing or sleeping - we all visualize. The only difference is some of us are aware of it, and others not - at least not yet.

Exercise:

Visualize the words that you use and the thoughts that come into your mind.  Color code them visually.  When you can visualize the amount of colors that are coming across your mind, they are easier to associate what you are actually feeling.  Take for instance at a intersection light.  If it is
RED you have to stop, right?  Well in order to go, the light has to turn GREEN.  So, therefore you want the light to change from red to green.  When you visualize that you have a RED thought, immediately change it to a green thought.  If this is hard for you to do at first, keep trying!  Practice makes perfection!  Also, which makes you feel better?  What makes you feel better will be your GREEN!

Just plain honesty

I'll tell you why I don't have the key to MY life.

I don't live in a vaccuum and must be affected by what others around me do as well as by what I do.

All the green thinking in the world would not have made one iota of difference in the deaths of so many young members of my family but the red thoughts gave us all the strength to bear what were highly emotional times. Like you, I have hopes of continuing after death but, you know something, it does not feel like that at a grave side!

I k

They worry so much about what the correct reaction is that they don't allow themselves to react at all.

That is the whole point Coot. There is no worry connected to responding to red thoughts. The worry comes from you thinking negatively in the first place. The green is what overrides that thought and puts your mind at ease. Peaceful. And you keep mentioning death...as if it is a 'bad thing'. I am not going to get all into that part of my spiritual beliefs. I do know this. I will be rejoicing w

Coot, what ever 'color' you choose to see....I will still love ya for who you are :0) I have lived in the RED Coot for way too long, and there was no garden to it for me. Living in the green...I am free and have had a million chains lifted from me. It is like the veil has been lifted from my eyes. Yes, I see everything in a much different perspective. Does this mean I will never have red thoughts???? Yes, we all do and will. But changing them to green......is AWESOME!!!!

"so many of us get ourselves into difficult situations BECAUSE we dont include the option of being able to opt of them in our plans" or better said - use the Red to get the Green working.

But I still go back to the fact that the Green is good news when we realise that we are not always stuck with the Red.

One of these days I will read one of the many books I have about "How not to speak your mind" - "Circumlocution to hide indecision" could be a good one to start with. First, I would have to work out how to generate indecision.

Or - maybe I should not read anything until I am in a perfectly relaxed state of mind (never) and not reply until I have asked several people if what I have to say could be, in any way, too abrupt. (That is a synonym for honest.)

Because I know the extreme value of t

I am very PROUD of the red/green. I came up with it in my self. To say this short and sweet. 30 years of pain and misery for me is GONE. And yes, they were my choices. Just as each and everyone of you have chosen to read this article and those that have chose to comment on it. Living in the 'green' is so much better than living in the 'red'. Try it. You have the choice to live what ever way you choose! :0)

Just back to reread the comments here.

It is interesting to see your reply Arthur - which makes me think that you possibly already have the ability to act positively in negative situations and have mastered what the rest of us have still to learn. Having had the good fortune to know you face to face as we are semi neighbours, this is what I see. You are generally a green thinker anyway - so this must seemn like so much BS to you.

I refuse to turn this in to a discussion on words - which ha

BTW...positive is never anything but just that, just as negative is just as it is.

And here was I thinking that negative is the MOST POWERFUL and MOST EFFECTIVE of all aspects of life.

The problem with too many people is too much introspection. They worry so much about what the correct reaction is that they don't allow themselves to react at all.

When my first wife and I were in hospital suffering the same cancer, neither of us was able to be introspective. We were surrounded by sick p

Glad you finally got it, Jenn, - I've been trying for months, but it still eludes me.

My positive thinking must be coloured red, so I guess I'll just have to work harder,
or go over to Arthur's way of thinking.

Hi Guys

I think it is time for a quick Serenity Prayer here

God, grant me the Serenity
To accept the things I cannot change...
Courage to change the things I can,
And Wisdom to know the difference.

Jenn - you are talking about the third line, Arthur - you are talking about the second
And i know you both know the difference!

Hugs
Jenny

The Old Coot,
Thank you for your feedback. And life of arguments *RED* are a thing of the past for me. My 'spiritual beliefs' have not changed one bit, but have been expanded. Which is the promise given to me (and you) at birth.
You are a wonderful man, and I only wish the best for you. And yes, I take full responsibility for my life.

Oh, dear, oh dear, oh dear.

If there is one thing that really, REALLY gets up my nose it is someone telling me that everything is my fault!

That I killed three wives!

That I killed two children!

That I caused my own cancer (at age 11?)

That the last (almost) 50 years of pain were self generated!

That my father was blind because he didn't think the right thoughts.

That my mother was a grand mal epileptic because she was not capable of thinking the right thoughts.

I deplore
