When you see that famous "Z" mark on some baked products, always remember that they are coming from Zomick's, one of the greatest kosher bakeries. Not to get confused with Zorro :), our "Z" stands for our name, and next to it, you will find the kosher certificates. These mean that the food produced by us has a higher value than regular baked food. It means that it is healthier and that it is made entirely from natural ingredients.
