Hi Lisa, It's been a few months since I know this lady who is very helpful and co-operative not to me only but sure shot to everyone who are using Apsense. When I need her she is there for me, despite being busy she is always ready to help no matter what kind of issues are there. I must say she is the one on whom I can trust blindly and these are not words or some sort of recommendation I am giving to her but these are the words which are directly coming from my heart.
