Lacy's father has owned and operated a water treatment business all of her life, instilling in her an awareness and appreciation for water quality and conservation. With water stewardship in her blood, she is an advocate for water conservation, reuse, and recycling awareness both in and outside the workplace. In her writing career, she has worked in technical publications for enterprise software solutions and web content for industrial water treatment.
