Hello, my name is D. Carlos Phipps and I have a broad range of experience in the criminal justice and child safety field. I am currently serving as a Crime Victim Services Program Specialist with the Florida Attorney General's Office.

I have been a public servant for 20 years and I am looking forward to retiring from my government job on December 30, 2009.

I am a veteran of both the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Army and it was an honor to serve my Country.
