In 2004, Abracadabra Magic Food emerged in Istanbul, courtesy of the collaboration between food artist Dilara Erbay Bugdayci and creative director Ahmet Bugdayci. They are heralded as the pioneers of the New Turkish cuisine. Notably, in 2010, Abracadabra Istanbul earned a coveted spot among the top 50 restaurants worldwide, as recognized by Conde Nast Travel.
