We created St. Rose Executive Suites based on our past experience as an executive suite operator and as former executive suite tenants in Las Vegas. We felt that the model of charging for each additional service (telephone, internet, copies, etc) could be improved upon in the Las Vegas marketplace. Our "all-inclusive" model seeks to streamline the additional costs typically associated with an executive suite office.
