Conveniently situated within Vancouver's Jericho Sailing Centre, right at stunning Jericho Beach, is Jericho Beach Kayak Centre Ecomarine founded Jericho Beach Kayak Centre; Bob Putnam and Erian Baxter of Deep Cove Kayak Centre acquired it in 2019; EJ Lange still runs it. Building on 40 years of experience both of Ecomarine (established 1980) and Deep Cove Kayak (established 1981), Jericho Beach Kayak is among the most respected kayaking schools in North America.
We are actively working to establish a friendly, safe, inclusive environment where everyone may try kayaking or carry on their kayaking adventure. Being a Social Purpose Company, our aim is to inspire closer relationships to the outdoors and each other. Come rent with us! Not necessary experience (should you be in a group of two or more). From 3h basic lessons for beginners to thorough weekend courses up to Paddle Canada Level 2 courses, we provide kayaking lessons for all ability levels. We also have several clinics to enable you to grow and improve your abilities. And if you're looking for a fresh challenge, try out surfskiing; it's a lot of fun!
