When I was a kid, my Dad had me listen to this guy named Will Rogers who said;
"There are two things in life that are guranteed, We All Are Going To Passaway &
We All Are Going To Pay Taxes".
So while We are here on Earth BUY Land cuz they ain't making anymore of it.
Since that time I have been pursuing the purchase of Real Estate in all venues,
with one exception NO INDUSTRIAL.
