Mr. Schrader currently holds the position of Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. He is currently responsible for business development, new account acquisition and the marketing strategy for the company and bringing new products to market to speed the Meridian Leasing agenda and strategic initiatives forward. Scott was instrumental in the conversion from IT leasing to multiple asset categories. He has leveraged traditional and innovative marketing approaches and channels such as website, direct mail, email, and outbound calling to build the business while increasing the brand position in the marketplace.
