With over 30 years of strategic leadership experience and global business support expertise, Leif plays an integral role in delivering Greystone’s functional plating solutions to OEMs, Tier 1s and Tier 2s in the global automotive, defense, commercial and industrial markets.
Since joining Greystone in 2006, Leif has helped to shape our long-term strategic plans and fostered and maintained key customer relationships – first as a general manager, then as corporate business development manager and now as the vice president of sales and strategy. In his current position, Leif leads Greystone’s global market management team and is responsible for devising strategic solutions for customers’ problems.
Before joining Greystone, Leif held a number of managerial positions at Capro, a division of Teleflex. During his 13-year tenure at Capro, Leif managed several critical product segments and worked extensively throughout the U.S., Mexico and Canada. From 1988 to 1993, Leif was a nuclear power submarine officer for the U.S. Navy.
Leif holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Material Science Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business.
