Greg Barnes born in 1955, is a native of Southampton, Hampshire UK. He now lives on the paradise island of Boracay which is located in the South China Sea within the archipelago of the Philippines. He is the Chairman of the GPB Group of Companies and a Capt (Col) in the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary where he currently holds the appointment of Chief of Staff, CGAD-WV.
