Dr. Sekhar is Co-owner at the Gurgaon fertility center (GFC) and also a consultant for KIC Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

At GFC he is not routinely involved with patient care but in an advisory role he sets the Standard operating protocols for Doctors and Staff at GFC to follow to optimize patient care and results

He also has a successful IVF and Surrogacy program for overseas patients in Ukraine and Kenya.
