  Sep 2001 to Feb 2003

  Installed and maintained all hosting servers, gave support to clients via email and phone support, maintained a online helpdesk. Also worked with marketing, sending out newsletters and on our website.

• CSR Trainer

  Jan 2003 to Dec 2003

  I was a CSR and also a CSR trainer at Tele2 Customer Callcentre. Tele2 got purchased by another Tele company a few years after I've stopped.
