LaVida has 2 passions, First Action Self Defense FASD and travelling. His eventual dream is to combine them by developing several training camps in different parts of the world.

He first started studying Martial Arts in 1990 and since then has studied numerous styles before first developing FASD around 2002.

Discovering his passion for travel in 2003 LaVida made his way by working as an Outdoor Recreation Instructor and various other jobs.
