I was born in East Texas in 1948, and I guess you could say I grew up almost all over Texas, and other parts of the United States. My Dad was a Pipeline Welder so we traveled all around with my dad from job to job. We was in six different schools in one school term. Each school was always different from the last school we had attended. There was four of us kids and mom and dad. Winnsboro is considered our home town.
