A humidifier produces an environment that contains water vapour by saturating warm water with gas. After that, using a vapor pressure sensor to introduce dry air to a preset relative humidity, the gas was adjusted to 100% RH. Using extra MFCs or outside dew point sensors, custom carrier gas & composition configurations can be ordered.
