  Eva Fidjeland, born in Stockholm 1955, went to live in the artists´ village Ein Hod, Israel in 1978, to learn the art of making stained glass. Upon returning to Stockholm the Vasa Museum appointed her to reconstruct glass parts for the Vasa Ship.
