Dr. Kofi Henaku is the founder of Legal and Allied Ltd. He co-founded Bilson Henaku Solicitors in the UK where he worked from 2006 to 2012 as Practice Manager and Aviation and Space Law Consultant. Kofi set up and run AST Legal Consultancy in the Netherlands from 1997 till its dissolution in 2004 when he ventured into investing in software design and management of an airline reservation system.
