I was born in Laos. Graduated from Montpellier, France, I started my career as teacher in Laos, then research worker in the the Ministry of Education then in the State Environment and Technology Agency of Laos (STEA). I started seeking money online in 2004 but had to quit it in 2006 due to Stormpay scam where I lost hundreds of USD.
Now 2010 I want to start again.
