Dr. Russell is a member of the American College of Physicians, Fellow, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology, the Maryland & D.C. Society of Clinical Oncology, and the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. He has been Chief of Oncology at Baltimore Washington Medical Center since 1995, and served as senior medical director at Hospice of the Chesapeake for 23 years.
