Dr. Elizabeth was born with a rare eye condition in which she slowly lost her sight over many years. Through this experience, she learned how to turn challenges into assets and loves teaching others how to do the same. Now, Dr. Elizabeth lives her life by the motto” Get clear, be inspired, Cultivate vitalism”. With her hands as her guides, she incorporates Chiropractic adjustments, medical massage, yoga, breathing techniques, essential oils, and nutrition into her own unique practice.
