After starting my career in France in Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels, gained further experience across Europe in the French Navy as the commander’s personal chef aboard aircraft carrier Clemenceau and for embassies as executive chef. In 1999, I set up Ideal Party and started catering for private functions, corporate and embassies in London. Ideal Party’s success relies in an expertise in the art of cooking and bespoke service with high standards.
