I am a personal life coach, based in East London. I have been
coaching individual clients for approximately 10 years. In addition
to working one-on-one with clients, I hold introductory training
workshops around substance misuse.



In addition to running my own private
coaching practice, I implement voluntary coaching & mentoring to
