I am caregiver these are some responsibilities i did in my work
1. Assist the patient in standing, sitting, walking, eating, urinating and during bowel movement
2. Monitor and record patient’s blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate, and other vital signs
3. Give maintenance medicine, and feed patient alert family members if something is not normal
4. Wash patient, dress up/change clothes of patient, place on and remove adult diapers
5. Exercise, did physical thera
