I am Ally Stewart. I am a builder and owner of a precast concrete/cast stone manufacturing business. I love the business, but it's hard work and I don't want to be working hard physically in to my 50s and I often don't get paid on time. I started looking around for easier work which paid at least the same as my work as a builder. I have never been able to find another job that paid the same. I couldn't find a job which I could do.
