Ali Choudhri is the CEO of Jetall Capital, a family-owned real estate investment and management company. Having learned the trade from his father, Mr. Choudhri bought his first residential investment property at the age of sixteen. Since then, he has continued on his path to success in the industry with a particular focus on commercial real estate. He has also designed, built, and developed multiple residential and multifamily projects in Houston. Among his many achievements is building the tallest single-family home in the state of Texas.
He has a twenty-year career with Jetall Capital during which he has contributed to the company’s growth through acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing, business development, and lending. Over this period, he has acquired, developed, and managed assets across the United States, Mexico, Europe, and Dubai. Mr. Choudhri has acquired real estate assets worth over $1.2 billion by leveraging his extensive professional network and personal funds.
While initially working and learning from his father, Naeem Choudhri, and sometimes making simultaneous investments, Ali Choudhri embarked on his most ambitious project after his father’s sad demise. He aimed at acquiring and redesigning 2425 W Loop South, among other notable projects. As a man with a vision, Ali Choudhri is committed to persisting through challenges, acquiring and managing worthwhile assets, and leading his company to success.
