I hope the following gives some idea of who I am and what my interests are.

I have an abiding interest in Eastern spiritual traditions and teachings and whilst my own practice is centered on Budhhist Dhamma, I also have a growing interest in Advaita Vedanta. Taoism also has much to teach of value.
I also enjoy history and self-development and take a keen interest in current affairs.
