Enterprise Architect
* Reports to: Global Head - IT Integration & Enterprise Architecture
* Primary Purpose: This role is key to defining the technological framework of our global organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and initiate the implementation of scalable and tailored IT solutions that align with our business objectives and strategies

Key Responsibilities:
* Enterprise Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives and supports the company's growth.
* Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design innovative solutions that drive business value, scalability, and performance.
* Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend suitable technologies for adoption within the organization.
* Technical Governance: Establish and enforce technology standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization to ensure consistency and maintainability of IT solutions.
* Road Mapping: Develop and maintain technology road-maps that outline the evolution of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to meet long-term business objectives.
* Application Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of the organization's application portfolio, including rationalization, optimization, and retirement of applications to align with business priorities and maximize efficiency.
* Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in the IT landscape and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring data security and compliance.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, operations, and business units, to ensure alignment between technology and business strategies.
* Vendor Engagement: Engage technology vendors to stay close to technology trends and if needed to conduct vendor selections for solution decision.
* Any other tasks and duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirements:
* Strong expertise in strategic and operational enterprise architecture, including business, data, application, and infrastructure architectures, along with related frameworks and methodologies.
* Extensive experience across various IT disciplines, such as software development, business demand management, IT governance, project portfolio management, and solution architecture.
* Familiarity with LeanIX is an advantage.
* Strong commitment to achieving long-term objectives.
* Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
* Proven ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels, from operational staff to senior management.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Experience managing complex IT projects with cross-functional teams.
* Keen sense of contextual awareness.
* Collaborative approach with a strong team-oriented mindset.
* Confident, decisive, and resilient in driving success.
* Min 7 years of proven working knowledge in Enterprise Architecture area.
* Experience in working in the role as enterprise architect (orientation towards TOGAF)
