NYC.DOG - Wanna partner up?

Serious question for serious people, I'm not looking to spend any money on this website at all. 

I have an idea already however the person I was working with is being lazy, been sitting on this site for 2-3 years now.

Partnership includes,

We brainstorm development of site. We work on it and build it up. The plan was to work on getting it high placement in serps for eventually multi-million sale. 

I have minimal time to put towards this project and I refuse to put any money towards it.

Split = Monetization 40/60 split your favor

Split = Exit $$$$ 60/40 split my favor.

Option to sale will be offered every 5 years unless exit value is favorable.
