When you post a bulletin it is posted on the "My Account" page of all members in your network including personal and indirect through 6 levels plus any bonus network members you have been given.
These members will also be notified through the APSense Express that you posted a bulletin if they have installed and use it.
A blog post is available for all members to see so that if anyone finds your title interesting they can take a look at it.
This will show on the "Wh
