Payeer has my Bitcoins but now they do not accept my P/W what should be done ?

I do not have a Payeer account myself, but knowing how much Bitcoin you lost access to helps to understand the magnitude of the problem. Do you need to get a lawyer involved or can this be handled by simple email support.
