A question about Comments
Hello people.
I wish for someone to answer this, what should be, simple question.
Sometimes the order of the comments in a discussion or on a blog input seem to be in disorder. Or am I malfunctioning?
Is there a way to move around the different comments You get on a blog or subject?

A "Jump to last comment" link in AE would also be handy... rather than scrolling through all comments to find where we last read from.
I guess these suggestions should be in the Official Suggestions thread...

Yep, it is very frustrating to have to go right to the end to find the beginning!
I would prefer to have comments shown in order of posting. It would make life so much easier.

Beth, someone suggested this before on another post. I am in agreement. I would rather START with the first post first, instead of starting with the latest post first...I find it annoying they way it's set up here.

I'd like to be able to read from oldest to newest by choice with a click so I can easily go thru the comments.... instead of having to backtrack and find the commetn then go back up to the next one and back up to the one following that...etc!
Some sites allow for reading comments oldest to newest or newest to oldest!

Also if a comment gets pinned, it is moved from where it was to the top of the post.

Sometimes if a comment is deleted for breaking rules (or whatever), the replies will look "out of whack" because it may be a response to the deleted topic.

Sometimes you also get a case of comments slipping between connects comments on popular discussions and blogs

Hello Ben,
I noticed what you are seeing when i first joined. What i discovered is that Every thing is in order, but you hve to start at the bottom of the page or last page of the post to see the answers and replyeys in order as it is in order as posted. I hope this helps you.
