Why Are There So Many Ads In This Section?

Apsense has given us all a really nice opportunity to connect with others. We can form groups, join other groups, write and respond to blog posts. We also can contact each other on an individual basis. Yet, many are using this group to advertise their blog, their new site and of course their business opportunities. It states that you may post anything Apsense related. I was able to answer someones question in here yesterday. But, I wonder how many questions have went unanswered because they had been buried in a sea of advertisements. I think we should repect their format about what kind of posts they want in this section. I know I want people to repect my format when they join my groups. Enjoy your day, Lynn

Here's a look back on how a lot of the discontent over misplaced ads arose...

I think it's helpful to realize that a lot of thought and
effort went into figuring out how to make Apsense what it is
today... and that is a very interactive, dynamic community
that now has a very unique way for dealing with spam...

Now... we may need a function that allows us to question the
designation of spam -10% per click...

any commnts?

Frank,
Thank you for adding the information about "Ad network" & "Apsense Express". My mind wasn't working in that direction, so thanks again for catching that part. Lynn

Look closely you will see a link that says "AD Network". As long as you have credits, you can place your ads there. I also believe that you will be able to purchase credits in the very near future.

In addition, if you decide to download ApSense Express, you can post ads there as well and they will be displayed on the PCs/Desktops of those in your network whom have also downloaded the software.

Hope that answers your question.

Thanks Lynn for bringing this subject to light.

Hi Lynn,

Could not agree more with you and yes some are new and it is a genuine error. However that error is being encouraged because they see self declared long time marketers doing it.
One has posted no less that 8. That is definitely not an accidental error.

Like you I would like to respond and help those with questions, and like you I am sure some have got lost in the deluge of ads.

This post was not intended for members who make honest mistakes, it was intended for those that keep purposely doing it. I am sorry if you took offense. To answer your question. There are so many groups to choose from. Just click browse groups at the top of the page. Also if someone catches your interest you can click on their name and it will take you to their profile, where you may find a group or a blog to post at. Enjoy the rest of your day, Lynn

Hello Lynn
Maybe some are brand new and like me are finding their way around. I posted a bulletine the other day thinking it was going to be posted to my site but it went out to everyone and for that I appologise. My question is where do we post our ads?
