Why Isn't The Bix Exchange Viewer Working?

I have been trying to view other business centers in the Biz Center exchange rotator, and I always see the same persons profile over and over again, and the person has apparently been deleted. Anyone else having this problem? It bugs me because I like viewing other people's business centers. :)
