I got a cash credit, but what it is for, I don't understand, can someone please explain?

I can confirm they have been working on the credits to cash conversion for a a few hours.
I was notified about 3 hours ago that mine had been converted.

If anyone has not yet received their conversion please be patient it is very clear they are working through them. So give it time.
