How to be certified in Apsense Community?
http://home.apsense.com/topic/1693.html as something said here: I have to hve a properly completed profile and read and agree to all site policies.
And how to do it in detail? I have already updated my profile as much as possible. and still uncertified.

this is a 2.0 question and I suggest you post your question in the thread you have quoted.
However I can tell you you are not certified for the simple reason you have NOT followed the instructions in that post.
You have not been and read the spam rules and although you visited the application thread you have not posted a request.
